Our stock is limited. Our storage space is limited, and we do not make extensive collections. We try to adapt our production to our demand, thus avoiding unnecessary use of resources. Production takes between 10 and 14 working days.

For the safety of our customers use PayPal in our transactions. PayPal is a secure medium to make purchases over the Internet and protects your financial information with security systems to prevent payment fraud. Your financial information will never be shared with Filantropic and you can buy comfortably with your credit or debit card, your bank account or your own PayPal account. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to anywhere in the world. Deliveries will be made by Correos.
Shipments to Spain are charged 6 € and delivery time is 3-5 working days.
Shipments to Europe are charged 12 € and delivery time depends on the destination place.
International shipments are charged at 20 € and the delivery time may vary according to destination.
If you wish a fast delivery, please contact us.
Filantropic not be held responsible for any costs that may arise once the shipment (taxes, customs, etc).

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so if the item does not love you, you can request a refund of your garment within five days after receiving it, writing an email to info@filantropic.com and we will contact you to process the refund as soon as possible.
Original shipping costs will not be returned and will be the customer who pays the cost of return shipping. Either they are returned to other costs incurred in transport and customs charges.
Returned items will be delivered in perfect condition and no signs of use.
Once you have reached the item to us and after verifying their status will proceed with the refund as quickly as possible.
